How is Blepharoplasty or eye lift surgery done?

How long will Blepharoplasty or eye lift surgery take?

How long is the recovery period from Blepharoplasty or eye lift surgery?
Patients are recommended to plan for at least ten to fourteen days off work giving any bruising and swelling the opportunity to subside. Active FX patients can expect the redness to persist for four days. Patients who normally wear contact lenses should resort to glasses for first week after treatment. Make-up can be applied to eye area after 1 week.

As some swelling and bruising could persist for up to 14 days after surgery, we recommend patients wear sunglasses to protect against strong light and that contact lens are avoided during first week.
