How long is the recovery period from Breast Augmentation?
You should avoid strenuous exercise for 6 – 8 weeks. Support bra must be worn for at least six weeks as the breast will be sensitive and sore for around six weeks. The breasts will be uncomfortable after surgery however any pain will be controlled by prescribed pain killers.
Over the six week period immediately after surgery your swollen and taught breasts will soften to feel soft and natural. After three months any sensitivity should have subsided completely allowing you to enjoy your body shape to the full.
